Hello LongeCity,

We are Ben and Kelly, and we would like to introduce www.HoxtonNootropics.co.uk, the UK's only supplier of independently analysed Coluracetam and Noopept (We have H-NMR for both compounds listed on our website, and if people would like to see the COSY we also had done, I will upload that too).

After seeing the trouble people were having procuring quality, unadulterated Nootropics in the UK, we decided to source, analyse and sell the compounds people are finding the most interesting and useful.

Starting off slowly by focusing our efforts upon procuring batches of Coluracetam and Noopept only has allowed us to find high quality product. It took a few months of back forth between different suppliers before we were satisfied with the quality of our products, especially Coluracetam.

We will be looking to expand our range with the more common Racetams (Oxi, Ani, Phenyl, Prami and Nefi), Sunifram, Unifram and some of the latest and more exotic compounds such as PRL-8-53, IDRA-21 and NSI-189. If anyone has any particular requests we are certainly open to suggestions!

Ben has been a long time lurker of these forums and has gained much knowledge and respect for the people who take the time to discuss the studies of exciting new Nootropics. As a sign of gratitude we would like to offer a 20% discount to LongeCity users with the code 20LC.

One last thing, we can accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal and very excitingly, Bitcoin.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post, and we would welcome any feedback or advice anyone would be willing to share.

Many Thanks
Ben & Kelly

I would be careful with this, as PayPal will ban you for selling research chemicals, thats why no RC sites can use PayPal aor infact any other regular card processor. And when they catch you they will ban you from every using paypal even for personal use. Why are you selling them as not for human consumption?

Hi Racetams,

Thanks for the advice, it is something I am concerned about. I emailed Paypal's compliance team but I have yet to get a reply.

One thing I that did give me confidence was that New Star are using Paypal, and quite a few people on eBay are selling racetams on eBay. I will give them another chase up email now to try and get a straight answer from them.

I have read through the FSA's Supplement documentation and it seems to be a bit of a grey area when it comes to synthetic supplements being marketing for human use. I do not wish to make any health claims or to peddle the chemicals to people who do not fully appreciate the importance of proper use. However if you have some advice on your opinion it would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hi,

Yeah i noticed that some sell Racetams and use PayPal but i think it is only a matter of time before PayPal stop it! And when they do, they will stop you from ever using PayPal for whatever reason! I know this because a friend from Spain had a research chemical site and he used PayPal, then we found out the other RC sites were reporting the ones to PayPal out of spite to make sure no one could use it! He was banned permanently and it screwed up all of his other businesses. Can you send me the link to the FSA thing?

You can continue to use PayPal but don't get mad when they ban you. A lot of the big companies like Mind Nutrition and Alpha Brain have stopped selling synthetics like the racetams and now the only thing in them is herbal and Alpha GPC. They all used to sell things will Aniracetam etc in them about a year ago, so maybe they know the score and have had lawyers tell them otherwise. Thats why new star moved over to selling them as RC's! But you only have to look at the UK RC market to know that NO card processor wil knowingly go near an RC site! Google it! They can be tricked by usng an agrogate fake site to get the card processor to accept you, then use some coding to have orders from the RC site go through the fake site, but thats asking for trouble and could get you banned from banks for ever and blacklisted! Some UK sites do that with SagePay! I can show you examples if you like.

By the way, whats Coluracetam like? Is it stronger than the others? When can you get the other Noots you mentioned above? The exotic ones? i am interested :)

Regards.

Thanks for the advice, I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to give me an explanation about Paypal. I have sent them another chaser email today but they have yet to get back to me. I have removed them as a payment option from the site as a precaution until they get back to me with a straight answer. I certainly do not wish for them to ban me.

Sure, here is the link,
https://www.gov.uk/g...H_FINAL.doc.pdf

After spending some amount of time reading through the legislation it seems to be a huge grey area. I have looked at the decision tree on the following document,

http://www.governmen...ducts_gZ1kQ.pdf

I think the grey area is around the "Can it be administered to humans for restoring, correcting, or modifying physiological function?" and "Is it a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals or other substances with a nutritional or physiological effect?"

I did have a quick look on Mind Nutrition's website (who use Paypal) and they are still selling racetams (They have quite a few different ones in powder and capsule form, in addition to Noopept). Are you saying that if the product is marketed for human consumption then Paypal will be OK with it but if it is market as not for human consumption and as a research chemical they that will have a problem?

The Coluracetam had some good results from the H-NMR and COSY, a well resolved spectra and all peaks have been assigned! A couple of people have requested a HPLC and this is something I am working on. We are in talks with some suppliers for IDRA-21 and PRL-8-53 currently, so hopefully we can have these in before Christmas. I see that we are both in London, if you fancy meeting up for a beer I will be happy to give you a sample of the Coluracetam.

Thanks again for taking the time to talk to me about Paypal, I really appreciate it. I will keep you up to date on their decision.

Thanks,
Ben

Several people in EU are looking for an european seller of UMP POWDER (uridine monophosphate, not plain uridine):

This is my 3d about ump powder in eu:

This are other links about ump's request (not only) in EU.

If you search on the internet, there are other links like this.

I think can be a good idea to sell exotic and newly discovered nootropics/compounds.
There are few seller of "ExooTropics" and "NewTropics" in the world, noone in EU, and the people want to try them

Hi Ken,

Thanks for the info, I will most definitely look into seeing whether it will be possible to get UMP. I just had a look on Sigma Aldrich and it wasn't hugely expensive on there, so it most probably would be via to get some at a reasonable price from our supplier. I will keep you updated on the progress.

Hi Enygma,

We do not have a shopfront, we are operating out of a unit. However if you would like to stroll by then you are more than welcome to sample the wears :) Give us an email.

Hi,

Thanks for sending me those links, it is much appreciated. I looked at them for a long while at it does seem to be a little bit of a grey area! I mean their explanation of a medicine is pretty much anything! Water? Salt?!

I think the MHRA are going after those selling POM and other non regulated harmful things. They cannot be bothered looking for Nootropic suppliers "by definition beng safe as houses" when they very rarely ever get a prosecution. I just think nootropic suppliers should be careful with the way they advertise. Also, like the case with DMAA, as soon as the media pics up on one death, it gets banned! I don't see anyone dying from Nootropics, although new ones like the IDRA-21 etc may cause problems as they are sooooo new and very potent. Lets not attract the attention to Nootropics and lets not let PayPal put the word nootropics in their research chemicals umbrella! Unfortunately, your site is RC and PayPal wont like that!

I live in Oxford, at the time of writing i was London based. Your welcome to come down here for a chat if you like?

Regards

Problems. Questions.

I am adding Hoxton's Coluracetam sales to the Racetam Prices list.

Here are the problems:

1. The Coluracetam page [http://hoxtonnootrop...cts/coluracetam] shows at its bottom payment types accepted: AX, BC, MC, V. Trouble is, during checkout only two options are presented: BitCoin and Bank Transfer.

2. The FAQ page [http://hoxtonnootrop...co.uk/pages/faq] states that PayPal Express and BitCoin are accepted. Yet the PayPal logo is missing and so is that payment type during checkout.

These problems must be fixed. I am adding Hoxton's Coluracetam sales on a provisional basis but the site's contradictions must be fully resolved and soon.

Hi Isochroma,

Thank you for taking the time to add me to the suppliers list, I am genuinely grateful that we have made the cut!

We have now setup debit/credit card payments and removed the Paypal option pending their confirmation of use. I hope this is all OK!

Thanks again,
Ben

Hi Justchill,

Thanks for taking a look at our site.

We appreciate that our prices are high currently, however this is reflecting the costs of procuring the product and subsequent testing (we tested multiple samples different suppliers in order to find a high quality product). We are now almost sold out of the original batch, we will be ordering a much larger batch this time round and we will be able to adjust the prices accordingly.

Thanks,
Ben

Hopefully the new Coluracetam supplier who replied with quotes today will help Hoxton get his prices down and/or profit margins up. Cheaper suppliers who have more efficient production processes using either lower-cost synthesis routes and/or larger-scale production are the root of market advancement. The new supplier is a prime example of this dynamic in operation.

I have been putting massive effort into sourcing both new Coluracetam retailers and also manufacturers over the last few days - for the benefit of consumers and resellers respectively. That effort paid off bigtime today.

As of today's Racetam Prices list version December 11.11 2013, many new Coluracetam suppliers have been added! Finally, Coluracetam is now affordable and there are also many suppliers. This in itself is excellent news for the world's only on-market high-affinity Choline reuptake enhancer but the real icing on the cake is the Chinese manufacturer who contacted me today after I sent him the Coluracetam RFQ.

I will let his pricing - which includes the EMS fee - speak for itself:

From: Suzhou MyLand Pharm&Nutrition (China)

Sales: Gledon Fan <info@mylandpharm.com>

Shipping: EMS (Tracked Express Mail)

Payment: Western Union

Coluracetam: 1000g: $9,850 USD [$9,850 / kg]

Coluracetam: 100g: $890 USD [$8,900 / kg]

Coluracetam: 10g: $180 USD [$18,000 / kg]

Coluracetam: 1g: $90 [$90,000 / kg]

So far the cheapest manufacturer - Season Zhu of TrustWe Group - has been selling ten grams of Coluracetam for $459 USD including EMS fee.

The cheapest three Western retailers using their cheapest shipping options respectively sell at most five-gram amounts. Their pricing including cheapest shipping options are as follows:

Health Supplement Wholesalers: $124.96 [24,992 / kg]

Nootropics Depot: $162.74 [$32,548 / kg]

NewMind: (3g) $117.23 [$39,077 / kg]

Ultrafast EMS shipment and groundbreakingly-low prices characterize this new manufacturer who is willing to sell such low MOQs directly to consumers. For resellers such as Hoxton, the new seller's kilogram lots will be affordable and should allow an increase in profit margin and/or a reduction in sale price.

Today I have requested LC-MS, GC-MS, HNMR and COA results from the new supplier. If he is serious and nonfraudulent he will reply by email with one or preferably several of the requested datums tomorrow and I will post what results he sends me in a link after his name on each of his company's Coluracetam entries in the Racetam Prices list.

As of this moment right now, Suzhou MyLand Pharm&Nutrition's Coluracetam documentation is online within the Racetam Prices list as of version December 11.14 2013 and also posted below for direct access after successfully passing 100% of virus-scanners at VirusTotal:

COA

HPLC [TinyPic]

LC-MS

NMR [TinyPic]

The TinyPic links are for direct image insertions into posts and layouts rather than file downloads. Below are the Coluracetam HPLC and NMR results. These analytic results guarantee the purity and safety of Suzhou MyLand Pharm&Nutrition's Coluracetam.

The truth is that regardless of place of manufacture only two things count when it comes to the purchase of Coluracetam or any other molecule from a manufacturer:

1. Low Prices
2. Good Test Results

It's the only type of data you will ever receive from any analysis of a chemical product such as Coluracetam and it is the proof of production quality and purity.

If you can't understand the results then you can compare it to ScienceGuy's European lab test results to validate that the graphs match up. He posted the pictures in the Coluracetam thread or the Coluracetam - User Feedback thread. I don't have time to find out which one but I'm sure the backseat critics and timewasting idlers will have plenty of hours to pore over the graphs and painstakingly match them up using their graphics apps.

Relativity is the layman's best friend - nay, perhaps his only companion on the lonely journey toward the distant and perhaps dim light of hoped-for future knowledge. Or is it the all-illuminating headlamp of a teraton freight-train whose merciless wheels shall crush the living brains out of the sheeple-herd's neural soup?

Today I'm too busy fertilizing a nasty case of cancer which has infected the Racetam Prices list. Like some textual tumor the list is beginning to metastatize into a hypertrophic Frankensteinesque horror. It's my job to keep the terror rolling forward into new dimensions of excess whilst dodging the medicos' vicious chemotherapeutic program.

I pray that the spikes of these lively HPLC and NMR graphs are pointy enough to jolt the neural impulse-trains of every exposed brain like beds of nails until a state of perpetual perceptual stimulation is thoroughly encoded into their holographic dendrite-matrices.

On the thirteenth day before Christmas I bring you new Colur for your souls!

As of today's Racetam Prices list [December 12.1 2013], massloads of new Coluracetam suppliers have sent quotes and analytic results - including those dodgy old COAs but importantly - actual chemical analyses which are now available for download to verify the safety, purity and quality of their products.

Even better, the new manufacturers who have sent quotes are all lower-priced than existing manufacturers who were already on the list. Better yet, one takes PayPal payment! Product arrives and is to your satisfaction or money is returned via PayPal claim. PayPal Buyer Protection.

This PayPal supplier is Nancy from Wuhan HengHeDa Pharm Co., Ltd and her prices are incredibly low! Not only that but she has provided LC-MS and HPLC results to confirm the purity and quality of her company's Coluracetam product. The files and all cost data are now within the newly-uploaded Racetam Prices list for your perusal!

The most stunning price in her quote is the totally affordable $135 for 10g Coluracetam by EMS or $140 by DHL to Canada - shipping to the USA will be a similar price. This is the same price charged by Western resellers for 5g Coluracetam including shipping and includes PayPal Buyer Protection!

Today's efforts have doubled the quantity of Coluracetam you can buy in the $135-$140 price range - from 5g to 10g! And the quotes have only just started rolling in - and I have not finished sending out RFQs either.

By Christmas Day all the world's Coluracetam suppliers with full company data, COAs, analytic results, payment terms, prices, shipping data and total prices sorted from cheapest to costliest for each SKU size will be listed in the Racetam Prices list's Coluracetam table. All of them. I am pushing every single manufacturer to provide all analytic results they have and they are rapidly providing these results as files which are immediately uploaded to file hosters and linked into the Racetam Prices list.

That is my Christmas present to all of you. When I took Coluracetam daily for a month in April of this year it was intoxicating and intensely enlightening visually, cognitively and spiritually. The visual colour in all its splendor; the sense of utter inner peace and joy; the true depth of the highest level of awareness is incomparable and exists not in any other racetam. I have a strange feeling that Coluracetam represents the peak of what racetams can achieve within the human frame and perhaps the peak of all that the entire field of nootropics has achieved to date in this world. Coluracetam has a true depth of soul which is missing from other racetams.

I will make Enlightenment affordable for everyone in doubletime and simultaneously light the afterburners on every nootropics reseller by both lowering their cost of product supply and raising their profit margins. The New Year will not be a mere calendric rotation but a step into the New World of Eternalization.

You should write poetry, Isochroma. If you don't already.

But those prices are amazing! Cant wait to read more of otber peoples experiences with it and one day try it myself! Also has it been mentioned here that the only thing similar to coluracetam is a ginsenoside (from ginseng) which also has choline uptake enhancing properties? I love the species of ginseng high in said ginsenoside, so coluracetam should seem familiar.

Worked fourteen hours solid yesterday on Coluracetam quotes - until midnight. Bed at 1:00A. Woke up well-rested at 7:30A to more quotes in the Inbox.

A word of warning: PayPal Buyer Protection only works if when you send the payment you select 'This is for a purchase', not 'Payment directly to another person'. You should also select the appropriate category of purchase in the list that appears or use the 'Other' option and write a description of the product name, quantity and shipping method. If a claim is filed you will provide the EMS/Courier Tracking Number in the information box so that the PayPal Assessor can verify that the product never arrived due to whatever reason - most likely Customs.

Should a claim need to be filed, the PayPal Assessor will read these datums to decide if you will get your money back. In all but one case I received a refund on Day 8 after the claim was filed.

Today I will be asking for PayPal payment data from each of the manufacturers whose payment types include it - shown with the black PP text in the Payment column. When the data is posted the PP text will turn blue and when you hover your mouse over it a small popup box will show their PayPal account address. Of course you can always email the manufacturer if it's black or you can't see the popup - or look through the HTML.

Do you still offer the 20% discount to Longecity members? Although you lowered the nominal price a bit it is now more expensive without the discount than at the beginning in november.

Excellent quality btw.

I live in the the UK and I am interested...

What are you prices? If it's as mentioned above, "64 pounds/gram ? for coluracetam? seriously?", then there's no way on earth I am going to pay that considering I can the exact amount for ~$27. With shipping etc. it will still be less than £64. That's just plain absurd. Actually all UK vendors are overpriced. Another UK vendor sells Coluracetam tablets at a silly price. OK tablets might justify the extra cost but it's still expensive.

  1. What are your delivery times? If I live in London, or UK, will you delivery the following day.
  2. Are you also going to be doing Sunifiram?
  3. Are you considering making sublingual solutions?
