Holarrhena antidysenterica contains conessine, a selective H3 antagonist. H3 antagonists are hypothesised to have stimulant, waking, and nootropic properties.

I got ~100 caps x 450mg. Not sure how much I should take for the effects. I ordered the bottle over a year ago and tried taking a few capsules. There was a mild stimulant effect but I dropped the idea as I was not satisfied. Now the expiration date is nearing so I want to give it a second try before throwing it away.

Any ideas what dosage should induce nootropic effects?

I'm sorry that I can't be helpful, I'm just starting researching this myself but I was curious to know if you did try to take this supplement and if so, what the results were?

I'm trying to see if it would help the brain fog associated with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

Thanks!
