I took 2 250mg of pramiracetam,

a few minutes later i felt something changei n my brain, like realllyyy wierd....my heart race went up for like 10 minutes..... i was like "wtf"......

i felt a physical thing going on in my brain...

later that night i tried 2 have sex and it was a total flop, no wood,

3 months later i have not been waking up with wood and i lost my girlfriend because I could not fuc her. My dick would get like 50 percent hard and i would ejeculate in 1 stroke, it is a really sad depressing terrible thing.

I poped a stiff night and had sex one time, i lasted for an hour. but i did loose her after that because i could never get it up correctly and fuc her.

I lost a love of my life.

3 months later after poping fish oil, choline bitrate pills, and vitamin B, alot of ginseng and even Yombine, NO CIGAR, nothing is back to normal.....

i am very sad.....

the other day i meet a new girl and was invited to her house..... we went to her room and she spread her legs for me and said fuc me....

my dick would not go up, i stroked and stroked and it went up for like 1 second and disapeared....

I went to 2 doctors and they said all my levels are normal....including testerone, no infections.......................

my masculinity of waking up every morning with a flag pole and satisfying women have been striped away from me for poping 2 little pills that

i feel ruined my life.............................................

i do not know what to do anymore, im 26 and i do not want to rely on viagra like a 50 year old man.....

this is supposed to be my time to shine and i cant even get a boner correctly anymore.....

I just want someone else to know this story to keep you away from pramiracetam.

I really wish i could just go back to normal.... i do not know what to do anymore..........

Everyone tells me the same $hit.... to "relax, its all in your head" well let me tell you fuc you i am relaxed and its not in my head,, well maybe my brain got permanetly damaged that is how, some nerves got fuced up somehow and i dont know what to do.........

I have gone a week not masturbating to see if will help,,, i wake up with a 10 percent erection......i could cry...

if i choose to masturbate my dick is mostly floppy, i ejaculate with a softie.....

i never imagined i could have experienced this..... im so young and i thought so healthy.... im 145 pounds, i was a stallion before that day i took pramiracetam.... the same night i went from hero to zero in my girls eyes.... she left me after the 15th time of no orgasm for her and my pecker poping soft in a stroke...

I could just cry.......

Try some cialis for a few times. Once you are getting some again, taper until you are off. What have you got to lose?

Hey man just don't panic. If you panic, you get stress and you also won't be able to get wood and have sex.
Just try to relax, quit supplements for 2 weeks and try to eat, rest, sport healthy. I'm sure everything will be allright!!

Ps/ I've allready eaten lots of pram and it still works here. It is true racetams lower libido...

cheers!

Again another victim of pramiracetam, you're not the first one. I don't know who recommended you 500mg when the recommended dose is 100mg.

Do you have cognitive impairment as well from it?

He's not a troll, his account was registered months ago and he already made a topic in october about his problem, I don't think he's trolling at all. There's no point in trolling about that, I know we had a wave of trolls back then but it's been over for several months.

Pramiracetam is no laughing matter, I think lots of people have forgotten that it can cause an increase in NOS activity which leads to neuronal death. (NOS is also involved in erectile dysfunction)
I remember Scienceguy evaluating the toxic dose at something around 5g for humans but depending on your metabolism, your organ status it can be either much higher or much lower.

We also had reports years ago about people who got severe and long lasting cognitive impairment from pramiracetam, also some people on high doses had a "zombie" effect.

Praising blindly nootropics is as stupid as bashing them, pramiracetam even if it's on the market is still an experimental drug and we know that with piracetam that is the most known of all racetams that a lot of people report bad side effects.

I always felt intoxicated from Prami. Is aniracetam safe? I'm feeling awesome with it.

I'm not talking trash when i tell you that it seems to be you probably have other issues *(mental) and like someone who is bipolar your just cycling down and if you had not taken Pramiaetam you'd still be up shit creek. Try lithium and maybe some sort of Anti-depressant , after you address this I think you'll feel better. Real talk.....

I just imagined him flipping out at you and trying to explain that he's not angry.

Firstly, that post was oddly specific. Secondly, there's always the chance that what you're experiencing is purely mental. Also, have you had your testosterone levels checked?

Confirmed for previous mental problems. What is your "another issue"? Besides your sex drive.

Is it even possible to feel strong effects with 1 (over average) dose of Pramiracetam?

This thread is definitely worthwhile to note if I ever decide to try another racetam. It just goes to show how little these cognitive enhancers have been studied.

I'm curious about OP's age group/country/etc. to get a better understanding of the situation.

Update:15 years later i am still in the same boat, things have never improved. I took trimix today, it was mostly a painful experience, its not my thing. I need to find out what happened to me, I think it has to do with the hypothalumus and pituitary gland because i felt like their souls were being sucked out after i took the pramiracetam. Ive been to 15 different doctors including getting a brain scan they all say i am normal and nothing is wrong with me. SOS.
