I had some Alpha GPC stored for a while and it turned hard kind of like it melted into a gel form and hardened. Does anyone know if it is still good to consume? I find it easier to cap when it is in this hard state.

Alpha GPC have hygroscopy. I don't know its stability, but I think it maybe ok if it taste same as former (sweet). However, you can't weigh it correctly because it contains water.
