Does he get paid the salary and bonuses for being Director?

Did the new director election happen, if it's around this time of year?

Sven has not been too active recently but is still a director.

We do not have regular annual director elections anymore (but I have suggested we return to that format), however, anyone can stand for director election at anytime and/or take on a leadership role.

Thanks for your interest Griff. A look at our constitution can help

Sven is not inactive as defined by Bylaw C Art.1.S4 - he would be removed otherwise

Directors are unpaid as per Bylaw E Art.5.S1A - Sven does not act as an officer and is therefore entirely unpaid

Director elections can happen as per Bylaw C Art.2.S1 - no election is currently scheduled

As described therein it is incorrect to state that 'anyone' can stand for elections 'anytime'. This text gives some useful further pointers.
