Hello,

just want to check how many people are interested in a group buy for GLYX-13, seeing as it may be a while before NRX-1074's structure becomes public.
Note that I'm not able to host/facilitate the buy myself, but it is my hope that someone will.

Despite common belief, IV is not the only RoA for GLYX-13. It's also bioavailable subcutaneously, which seems to be only slightly less effective.
The only problem with that, is that GLYX-13 is soluble up to 2mg/ml water, and doses are 1-10mg/kg, leaving about 13 3ml injections needing to be done at the minimum dose (@75kg), or 8 IM injections if we assume that would also work. Though on the upside it would only need to be done once a week, and the body has enough easily accessible s.c. injection sites to accomplish this. And perhaps it might have better solubility in other liquids; this I don't know, maybe someone familiar with chemistry can chime in on this?

alex921 already received a quote from a familiar Chinese supplier; $330/g, $250/g when buying 10g, so probably a better price with higher quantities.
Then of course 3rd party analysis, which would cost about $100-$250.
Other quotations are welcome.

So, who's interested?

They are completely different substances.. Plus EVP-6124 and GTS-21 are not anti-depressive.
There's no telling which is better until you try them both.

The rapid antidepressant effects of GLYX-13 are secondary it's cognitive enhancing properties for me. I have no problem waiting for NRX-1074.

Yes, nootropic potential is more interesting, or Yes, no problem waiting for NRX-1074?

Well I have yet to lead a group buy so at this point in time I would prefer to be second/third in command. With that said, I would be happily aid in organization, funding, and shipping. Lastly, I would like to suggest greater transparency to participants in any future group buys.

Alright, that's good; we might need someone to reship it after it's been to the analysis lab, and the one I had in mind is in the US.
What do you mean by transparency? You mean in general? If there's something you'd like to know, feel free to ask.

Just to clarify; this group buy is closed to further participants as of now. Feel free to use this topic to discuss future group buys of GLYX-13.

Is anyone interested in initiating an additional group buy of GLYX 13?  Also, can anyone tell me what the dosage range is for it?

Dosage is between 1-10mg/kg, wherein 5mg/kg displayed superior efficacy to 1, 3, and 10mg/kg (possibly there was an additional higher dose it was superior to, but I can't quite recall. I'll have a look at the study if I remember in the morning).

Excuse my stupidity.  Does that mean  5 mg total dosage?

That means 5mg for every Kg you weigh so someone who weighs 80Kg would need to take 80 x 5mg or 400mg.

That is what I was afraid it meant.  Makes it too expensive to buy individually from a lab.  I am waiting for the next group buy.

There will likely not be a next group buy, considering the cost and there's no way you'll get sufficient people interested in buying enough to make the cost reasonable, due to the RoA's limiting factor. Everyone is waiting for Naurex to just release NRX-1074's structure already. It's a love-hate relationship with this company. Meanwhile you might be interested in D-cycloserine.

I am in for this group buy. Can always make powder into injectable liquid solution to make it bioavailable.

Hey, why is this thread dead for years? nobody interested anymore? This GLYX-13 could be a gamechanger. I'm surprised that many ppl buy semax, selank, p21 or similiars that have not shown efficacy in a US clinical trial but don't consider this one.

We really need a group buy for this. in RCTs, they are giving 5-10mg/kg. so the pricing for directly buying from labs would be too high. a simple google search would show ~$ 110 for each mg!

How hard that would be to make this in a lab? maybe ceretropic can do it? or maybe they are concerned about the patent?
