Thought about the Simulation Argument of Nick Bostrom and that once i discussed if it wouldnt be more likely for someon who wnats to harvest Data to just create a simulation which calcualtes colums of numbers which represent lifeforms and their attributes, instead of using a 3d engin to create a large environment where the lifeforms live and where they have real emotions.

Would this work?
Can Numbers turn into emotions, arent emotions just informations?
How does the Brain work in this regard?
