I'm too unfocused to write a long post, so I'll keep it laconic. It may sound slightly robotic, but that's just because I'm no good at talking about emotions.

Since I became a member of this forum last year, I've dramatically improved my life, with the assistance of the forum members and the information present here. I've become better at critical thinking by following the "evidence for christianity thread", some very interesting points were made there. I've become better at dealing with my temper and keeping cool - due to my being humbled by the intelligent people here and through common sense I surmise.

So I guess you could say that I've become a better person. I like myself better and for the first time since I was a kid, I have a healthy amount of self-esteem.

As a result of all these improvements, you might say, I have decided that I want to take it a step further and see just how far I can improve myself with a structured regimen.

Over the course of the summer months (june to august, precisely), where I won't be going on vacation, I want to go all in and see first hand if I can improve my fluid intelligence.

Fluid intelligence is improved as a result of far-transfer effects of "brain training" such as dual n-back, and mathematics.

I've split the project into smaller segments, with the most descriptive name I could think of:

Physical training
Captains o'crush -> I want to increase my grip strength as much as I can during these months, so I have no idea how many reps I will do.
HIIT -> 21 minutes 6 times per week. (7 minute workout + kickboxing-inspired HIIT and bjj-inspired HIIT)
Daily full-body stretching.
Bicycle 60 minutes daily 5 times per week.
Strength training 45 minutes 5 times per week.

1 day of complete rest to allow for full regeneration.

Measurements:
Biceps 15.7 inches
Chest: 41.3 inches
Thigs: 27.5 inches
Calves: 17 inches
Shoulder width 20.4 inches

Mental training
Dual n-back : 1 session consisting of 20 blocks daily with stimulus appearing at 1 second intervals.
brainhq.positscience.com: Primarily the intelligence and memory segments. 30 minutes daily.
Khanacademy: Math.
Meditation: 20 minutes.

Supplemental stack
Cerebrolysin 5ml/day: From june to august. (I can't afford it until then.)
Fish oil 3 grams.
Vitamin D 5000 IU.
Lecithin. (Due to the natural content of phosphatidylserine and other beneficial lipids.)

Diet
A high protein diet during the latter part of the training (The advanced training phase). (I know, methionine fuels cancer cells, but muscular men live longer, so it's a tradeoff I'm willing to do for the months where a protein surplus is needed.)
Carbs:Fat ratio remains to be determined.

300 grams of spinach and kale daily.
300 grams of sulphurous vegetables.
300 grams of colored vegetables.

Goals for the first part of the training regimen:
Lose fat, gain lean mass.
Improve fluid intelligence.

Goals for the last part of the training regimen:
Gain muscle mass, lose fat if physiologically possible.
Improve fluid intelligence even more by taking cerebrolysin.
