This is not a nootropics thread per se. But I feel that the people with the knowledge and expertise I need to answer this question are found in this subforum.
What is the best breakfast for cognitive performance? It occured to me recently that I've invested hundreds of pounds in nootropics since first discovering noopept in 2012, but am still eating choclate breakfast cerel everyday.
Imho ones diet has a greater impact that one's nootropics stack regarding cognitive performance, and it occured to me that there may be others spending large sums of money to acheive modest cognitive gains using nootropics, whilst missing out on greater gains that can be made by eating better
Please share what you think the perfect breakfast for long term cognitive performance is, and your subjective experience of the impact of nootropics vs the impacts of diet on performance
Thanks!
