I just used my pill machine to combine my trans-reveratrol supplement from life extension (contains quercetin) with turmeric, black pepper, rhodiola, ashwagandha and creatine. Each new capsule contains a smaller dose of each supplement than what was present in their original respective capsules. So this means smaller doses with every meal and I can take advantage of the oil in food to help with absorbtion.
Why?-
There could be benefits of taking resveratrol with the curcumin since they have been observed to act synergistically in:
- suppressing immune response where a faulty immune response plays a pathogenic role in a wide spectrum of inflammatory diseases and;
- anti-cancer
- resveratrol and;
- curcumin
Why is this not a good idea? -
I do question if there might be a downside considering that Resveratrol, Curcumin and Quercetin inhibit p450, could this be doing more harm than good? I dont take any persciptions, but I am not sure about the nootropics.

However I did find this study:

Any feedback would be appreciated.
