Can you provide an update regarding the synthesis?
Yes, any update? When would be the expected date of delivery?
Thanks

Can I still purchase a gram of Dihexa? I am included in the Yahoo group, but I did not have the money at the time. I now do. Is it still available? Someone please respond. Thank you.

How does dihexa cure Parkinson's disease if BDNF (supposedly) only affects the hippocampus?
Ehh.. correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe dihexa's effects are mediated via BDNF.

Correct. But it may be wishful thinking to imagine that dopaminergic neurons can regrow. Perhaps it can help existing ones heal and operate more efficiently.
Oh not to mention it may give you super smell. .. olfactory bulb is the other brain region which benefits from adult neurogenesis.

Bdnf doesnt affects just the hippocampus. Its moreover present in in other brainareas as well e.g. which are affected in Parkinson

Yes but in rodents and other mammals, not in humans.
In humans regeneration occurs in the Striatum trough migration of new cells from the Subventricular zone.
Which is faar better than a regenerated olfactory bulb .
Cuz the striatum is implicated in mood and cognition

I'll tell you one thing, I doubt we'll get out of this without some side effects!
If it's works as well as in our rodent friends, I'm just speculating (yes, without evidence to support it) that headaches, confusion, dizziness, or a host of side effects while actually taking it.
Too bad there's no MRI for viewing pain, we could have seen how the rats felt!

Yep several spots still available. And yes will do about the glioblastoma.
Referring back to a previous poster's question, would you be willing to send out our portion of Dihexa prior to analysis? I'd be interested in that proposition as well.

Does anybody know the shelf life of Dihexa, and whether it should be stored cold with a desiccant package?

I likewise, echo these sentiments. Since I know that peptides deteriorate relatively easily, will Dihexa be ruined whilst being shipped? And when we receive it, should we freeze right away? I think these are important questions.

These questions have all been asked and answered before multiple times.
There needs to be a FAQ.

Just a mention, typing "c-met hgf" in ncbi/pubmed gives a lot of cancer related results

Dont want to spoil anything or claim that it causes cancer, but just be careful

Hello everyone,
I'm one of those who already secured a spot in the group buy (option with international shipping). I'm currently in need of the funds I sent so, I'm "selling" my spot in this endeavor. If anyone is interested, please send me a PM.

In the other Dihexa thread it was said that due to delays in synthesis it will take about another month more before we can expect to get our hands on it.. :(
