What is 7,8 DHF bioavailability?

Pretty high. Doses are in the 30mg range. I'm looking into a more potent and longer lasting version of 7,8-DHF since it's so awesome.

Where do you buy 7,8 DHF?

Perhaps we should ban people for 3 days when they ask a question that is answered in the post immediately above theirs. :) Perhaps some people need this stuff more than others lol.

This guy is offering his DIhexa for sale because he needs his money now.

However, it will not work for you to send your money to him unless he first withdraws his Paypal complaint against this group buy since Paypal now has that money tied up.

I'll ask xks to deliver my portion to you and you can send me the $156 via PayPal. But first let me make sure xks will honor this.

Greetings everyone!

Out of curiousity, what do y'all expect that the turn around time will be in terms of having Dihexa as readily available as say, noopept on the open market? Is this compound particularly difficult to synthesize? From what I've read, compounds such as 7,8-DHF arent likely to become widely available because the synthesis is difficult.

However, there is still some hope. Companies such as tht.co allegedly offer some of the compounds people are interested in. I recently contacted them regarding NSI-189, and they told me that they were adding that item to their inventory soon (today or tomorrow) and that it would be fairly reasonable (they disclosed the price will probably be about 32.99 USD). That all being said, I am not entirely sure of the legitimacy of the site (I recently ordered coluracetam from them to see if they are reliable. Other people have ordered other compounds from them (including 7,8-DHF) and have said that it was a legitimate product (or atleast so I've read). We'll see though. IF THT.co is legit, then perhaps they would be willing to look into adding that into their inventory as well?

The website http://tht.co/ does not seem to be working anymore. I have bought some 7,8-DHF a week ago. If they do not ship or reply to my emails regarding the order I will start a PayPal dispute.

The website doesn't work as of yesterday; however, I did receive my order of 7,8 DHF yesterday from USPS. The package of 7,8-DHF seems excellent. However, I have no mean to verify the integrity of the content at this moment. However, I took a morning dose of about 30mg. It seems to be okay and have no adverse effect yet.

Heres hoping its just a glitch.

Thanks for the reassurance. yadayada informed me that they are working at their website. I wonder why they did not keep the old one available or an Under Maintenance page as a default home page instead of a file listing...

Already sent a mail and got this back:

Oh, I apologize for scaring everybody. Truth is that it's not really
much cause for concern; we are simply trying to implement an integrated
checkout system, in order to prevent dropped orders and other
unpleasantries. Full functionality -- well beyond what the site used to
offer -- should be restored shortly.

Just saw their page now says this:

The ThT store is temporarily closed while we implement an improved checkout system. All outstanding orders will be fulfilled, and the store should re-open July 1st with a fully integrated shopping cart system, as well as a number of new products.

Please return around July 1st for exciting new products and a smoother, integrated checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience caused during the downtime. If you would like to check on the status of your order, please email info@tht.co

N updated me two days ago saying it was still in progress. Apparently this is not an extremely easy nootropic to synthesized but it is who he has used for all of his other stuff so the trust is there. Thanks for your patience. I am very antsy to try it myself.
To synthesize that meant to say. I am typing this from my phone and it auto corrects everything.

Seven analogs

Design and Synthesis of Dihexa Analogs for the Treatment of Alzheimers Disease
Brad Hopp, Audre Hyatt, John Koberstein, and Danielle Selleck, Whitworth University
Dihexa, N-hexanoic-Tyr-Ile-aminocaproic amide, is a peptidomimetic compound derived from Nle1-AngIV with established procognitive effects in mice when administered orally. This compound shows potential as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of Alzheimers disease. In this study seven Dihexa analogs were synthesized using solid phase peptide synthesis. Alterations to dihexa that affect the structure and hydrophobicity of the drug were utilized to derive the analogous compounds. Currently the isolated products are being purified using HPLC and in the future will be tested for physiological activity.

Well,

I certainly hope this all comes through. I've purchased Tianeptine from Nyles7, and I believe it is top notch. All this waiting makes me want to learn chemistry to synthesize these things myself!

Except it's probably a very large amount of money for lab equipment, and the neighbors would probably think you're cooking meth or something. :)

No reason N won't deliver. So far he has no financial incentive not to if that makes sense.

It has been a while for the wait, and still waiting. I really feel like I need something to develop my brain to be more patient.

Perhaps a narrative of pepetide synthesis as it applies in this case would be what the doctor ordered -- not that I'm qualified to provide it.
