The weird part is that I only ordered 1 gram, but I got 4. Oh well.

Too bad Xks took that vow of silence, because now would be a great time for him to explain why he sent mindpatch an extra unpaid $450 worth of dihexa - which either belongs to someone else, or is 'excess' dihexa that he promised to evenly distribute among all group buy members as per our original agreement - and what he's going to do about it.

The tracking # that medicineman posted shows that it is coming from HAZELWOOD, MO. xks said he was not from Missouri

^you're confusing mindpatch and medicineman. Mindpatch never posted a tracking number.

Oddly enough, medicineman lied about receiving his package today. His tracking # shows that it departed from Hazelwood MO (Xks' post office) this morning, and of course it has not yet been delivered.

As for Xks' secret location, you posted his personal info earlier (which was since deleted by a mod) and revealed that he lives in St. Louis MO. He denied that you had the right guy. Hazelwood MO, as you pointed out in a PM, is only a 22 minute drive from St. Louis, so it clearly fits the bill. Maybe he dropped off the packages at a Hazelwood post office on his way to/from work, or whatever. But I wouldn't be surprised if he deliberately drove to Hazelwood just because he was scared of us confirming he lives in St. Louis.

And now what be a great time for me to explain what the word facetious means, but I'll let Google be your guide. 8-)

More so I just wanted to disguise the true nature of the special arrangement I have with Xks.  Currying favor with those in power conveys certain obvious advantages.  Consider the extra three grams as my Christmas bonus.

Sounds like xks may have multiple accounts on this forum.  Then he could "accidently" send too much to himself and keep more.

Yea, after reading that really gay post by mindpatch, I was actually starting to suspect that mindpatch is Xks' long-distance "girlfriend" that he keeps mentioning. I'm feeling kinda vomity just thinking about it.

I propose that, upon receiving their shipment of Dihexa, Tritium, Jbac and pro-v issue a public apology to xks and thank him for the time and effort he put into making this group buy happen.

Do this day, xks STILL hasn't received the entire allotment of Dihexa.  That's really not his fault, and this point is incontrovertible.  You can't argue against reality.  You could argue that he should have shipped the first batch he received at the end of October, but that just means that some people would have received some and two thirds of the group would have received nothing.  That's just very simple math; again, incontrovertible.   You can't ship what you don't have.   Can you imagine the hue and cry from our favorite cast of characters if they hadn't been included in that first hypothetical shipment?

Would it have been fair to ship to only some of the participants of this group buy while expecting others to wait indefinitely? That is the central question.  If the detractors here can answer that question adequately they might earn some credibility.

Can you not see how massively irresponsible XKS has been since receiving the product not to mention the glaring lies and discrepancies that he posted? How about this, if XKS hosted another group buy for something you wanted, would you participate?

that's "currying favor."  Now, currying "flavor"  would be helpful, too, because the main ingredient in most curries from India is Turmeric, which, as we know, regenerates brain cells.   The three stooges might have to settle for that if they never get their Dihexa.

That was a less than elegant dodge of the original central question I posted.  The age old deflection technique: answering a question with another question. I will answer your question, however, and even include a follow up answer.  No, I probably wouldn't.  However, if you, Jbac and that tritium guy hosted a group buy, I'd be the first in line. In fact, I think the three of you should be drafted into service.  It's the least you can do to give back to the community here.   I have to warn you, though, I have very high expectations, and I don't suffer fools or excuses for not delivering on promises.

In your quest to be right, you have uncovered yet another way XKS screwed up: he didn't have a plan. To clearly answer your question: yes, it would be fair to ship out what was available instead of waiting for everything to arrive. That's a pretty standard business practice and most businesses would ship items out in the order that payment was received. I really don't care if he wanted to ship it out based on alphabetical order. The point is he sat on it for over a month and has been vague and evasive. How would you have handled this and why?
