One wonders if dihexa is habit forming, perhaps addictive. Maybe that is where the money or compound has gone.

As a nootropic it's most prolific user is not it's best advertisement.

lmao. Sad to say, greed does powerful things to people, in any case, ANY SUBSTANCE CAN BE ADDICTIVE IF YOU LET IT THAT WAY...HECK, DOING PUSH-UPS CAN BE ADDICTIVE...I'm living proof of that my friend ;)

Reading this thread it's interesting that threats of legal action almost always get an immediate reply from xks. I would guess he is known to local law enforcement. This looks like the best way to get this resolved.

Guys, former LEO here. There is nothing we could do legally here. We have no grounds. There is no contractual agreement here. And even if we don't receive what we paid for, he would be able to say that is what he received. It would then be up to Nyles to prove what he sent. Now we are involving multiple states, multiple jurisdictions for what amounts to a relatively small amount of money. No agency would put any effort into resolving this. Technically it's a federal crime because it involves the post office and crosses state lines (and international). this means postal inspectors and FBI. do you really think at this time of the year either would be interested in pursuing this?

Not trying to be a jerk, just want to set realistic expectations for everyone.

He made a contractual agreement to buy 100 grams from nyles.
Earlier in this thread it was brought up that this guy is a known scammer in the St. Louis Missouri area that has stolen thousands from other people outside of longecity.  3k is quite a bit of money but regardless of the amount, it is the principle that matters.  We need to teach this criminal a lesson or he will continue to take advantage of people.  I think the FBI would be pleased in apprehending a criminal of this magnitude.

And you are saying this from your vast experience of dealing with the FBI are you? this isn't a criminal of any magnitude. You are deluding yourself and inflating the crime that has allegedly been committed. This is nothing. Furthermore, do you want the FBI involved in a drug investigation of any sort? Regardless of the legal status of the compound here, do we want them investigating that?

I have had dealings with most federal LE organizations. This not something they would touch. Even most local or state agencies wouldn't touch it. Trust me, this isn't going to happen.

Lastly, prove a crime has been committed. You have no proof, just circumstantial evidence. It was not proven he is a known scammer. You have potentially shown that he is connected. Potentially. Do I believe something has happened, yes, but I can't prove it. The only thing you can do is threaten here and that is powerless. Instead we should focus our attentions on things that actually matter.  Anything else is just bluster. Yes, I understand the principals, I really do. But that doesn't matter in the law. Its what you can prove. Simple as.

EDIT - and if he had an agreement with Nyles, then Nyles has grounds, not us. He would have to file the complaint. The first thing any agency would ask is where is the signed contract. If Nyles has that, then perhaps he has grounds. But this doesn't transfer standing to us. You can call this ill informed, but I would wager I am the only one here who has actually been involved with anything remotely resembling law enforcement.

I've been lounging on the side waiting to see if this purchase pans out for all you guys before discussing the remaining 40g of dihexa.

So is there still a possibility that, overall, this situation may still work out?

I don't want to offer the remaining dihexa to others until I know what is going on here.

As for any issues with xks, there are indeed legal avenues to pursue.

I don't remember if I posted this publicly or just  communicated privately to several members, but if there are substantial abuses that occurred, I would ante up some fees,(maybe all depending on the extent of any group buy abuses) for a lawyer in Missouri, since my name was used in this offering without my approval. I don't want to have my name dragged into a group buy gone bad.

On the other hand, if xks has largely delivered, albeit late, then it's better to just move on.

I am still waiting for my order. I paid $150 + $20 for international shipping on March 11th 2014. I want what I paid for, and I want it now. This is nonsense, and I am pissed. I had no communication back from xks201 since I confirmed my address that didn't change since payment. The more time passes by, the more I feel scammed by this guy.

Nyles7 I must admit that having your name related to the groupbuy added credibility to it. If you can send me my share instead of relying on xkd201 to do so, that would clean the sand out of my vagina over this whole thing.

While I want everyone that ordered to get what they paid for, you have to remember that xks has refused to pay for the last 40g that he ordered and I now possess.

I guess what I'm saying is that we both lost money from xks, but I am in better shape since I can sell off the remaining dihexa. I will certainly work with people that have legitimately lost money to xks, but I can't just send this off for no cost. Despite what xks put in the header of this thread, I was not a co-organizer at all. I had nothing to do with this sale, but was only supplying xks in a one to one deal. He took great liberties with any claims beyond that in this group sale which I was not following at the time.

Anyway, I'm holding on to the last 40g until we see how this all plays out.

I've received nothing so far...not even a tracking number or email since March even though after waiting patiently, I've recently tried to contact him to verify specifics through both PM and personal email and have jumped through all the hoops he has requested....intuition would indicate I've been scammed.

I got one gram from xks.  I've tried it.  Hasn't killed me.

No flavor, completely insoluble, crunchy, bad granularity.  Off white in color.

Had wild dreams.

Reality is as boring as always.
