All at the same time?
Sure why not? I have a 9 day free period withdrawl from amphetamines So I want to take as many supplements as I can to restore dopamine. Hit it from all angles each receptor, Nigrostriatal pathway, Mesocortical/Mesolithic pathway, Tuberoinfundibular pathway, TAAR, MOA, COMT, MANF, GDNF, CDNF, Tyrosine Hydroxylase,etc...

Mucuna pruriens, i.e. the velvet bean, is an herb that contains the immediate dopamine precursor L-Dopa. There you have it. Then chocolate has Phenyl-ethyl-amine, i.e. PEA, which boosts dopamine really strong for a short time. Not sure that either one of them is sustainable though. Why not rather upregulate the dopamine receptors? That's where your inositol works, as do thinks like uridine, citicholine, forskolin etc.
