I also suffer from treatment resistant depression and due to my mental state i am not in the best financial situation, so is there anybody who would be willing to share one spot with me? We would split 400 USD in two. I think that 250 mg is enough for good trial of treatment.

Though in the studies 5 mg orally was as effective. So, 500mg will still last quite a while.

As far as i am concerned, the lowest oral dosage in the studies was 375mg!!!!

Count me in Redan. I have had bad treatment-resistant depression for 10 years and have tried nearly every class of medication as well as ECT to little avail. So long as you can trust the supplier and the final product is verified to be what it's supposed to be, I'd like to participate. Thank you.

Sorry, that was IV in the clinical trial. It seems to have low oral bioavailability, which just makes me more inclined to try intranasal dosing...
