Hello, so I'm making a stack that is fairly large and I'm just wondering if there are any bad interactions in it or if I should change something or even add something?.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

As well, I'm not sure if the schedule is right.

Stack:

SupplementDosageWhenHow
L-Theanine 200mg Morning With Food
Caffeine 50mg Morning With Food
Oxiracetam 800mg Morning, Afternoon Without Food
Alpha-GPC 300mg - 600mg Morning Without Food
Magnesium Citrate 135mg Morning, Afternoon With Food
Ubiquinol 200mg Morning With Food
Bacopa Monnieri 300mg at 45% bacosides Morning With Food
Vitamin D3 5000 iu Morning With Food
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 100mcg Morning With Food
Galantamine 8mg Morning, Evening With Food
Rhodiola Rosea 250mg Morning, Afternoon With Food
ALCAR 250mg Morning, Afternoon Without Food
Omega 3 / Fish Oil 1000mg DHA, 500mg EPA Morning With Food

I was also considering taking another racetam with it, such as Piracetam, Pramiracetam or Aniracetam. Any recommendations?

Also, just a question about the fish oil, would it work to take all the supplements that require food (fat-soluble compounds) with just the fish oil? The Omega 3 capsules come in 500mg DHA, 250mg EPA so could I take one in the morning with everything that requires a meal, then one in the afternoon with the others that require a meal?

Could I add Centrophenoxine? I've read that it is a choline source from the peeknootropics site Centrophenoxine product page but I haven't found other information on this. Would adding this be too much choline as I have the Alpha-GPC?

Just a note, I have read about serotonin syndrome and am a little concerned as I take Cipralex (Escitalopram) which is a SSRI. Should I change something to prevent this?

Thanks a lot in advance, I know this is a lot of questions. I have been browsing this site for a while and finally made an account as I would like to start engaging more in discussions as I am very interested in nootropics.

I meant 1000mg EPA, 500 DHA not the otherway around.

And I realize that this is heavy load on the liver, I've heard silymarin helps in someway and I am just wondering if this is true.

Sorry for the large quantity of questions, I realize it's a lot, I'm just really excited to learn about this field.

Take piracetam with it for sure. Piracetam will stimulate your ACh, GABA, and your corpus callosum which will make a very synergistic add to your stack without making it too strong for when you first start taking it.

Centrophenoxine is an ester of DMAE which is cholinergic to a degree, I don't think supplementing it with the AGPC will be a problem, however I would suggest taking the AGPC in the evening and every other day. Choline is a great thing to include in a stack, but it doesn't need to be over done. If you're worried about the choline headaches, don't, that's for people who are naturally low on choline and might not even be you. I've talked to people who thought about the headaches, started taking choline and were reporting depression. That was due to taking too much choline.

And any stack is fine, so long as you have done your due diligence during the construction and formulation and ease yourself into it. You don't know how these things will effect you, and it is different for everyone so take your time when starting out. Maybe start with the core ones and slowly add the others that way if you do come into an issue you will have a fairly good idea on what the cause is and how to fix it.

Thanks for the information!

Piracetam sounds like a good addition. As for the the AGPC thanks for the heads up, I'll start with it less frequent and see if I get headaches.

I am a little concerned about how to pinpoint which compounds are causing what side effects so starting with less then adding more sounds good. Starting with the core ones, would that be:

SupplementDosageWhenHow
L-Theanine 200mg Morning With Food
Caffeine 50mg Morning With Food
Piracetam 1600mg Morning, Afternoon, Evening Without Food
Alpha-GPC 300mg - 600mg Evening, Every Other Day Without Food
Vitamin D3 5000 iu Morning With Food
Vitamin K2 (MK-7) 100mcg Morning With Food
Omega 3 / Fish Oil 1000mg EPA, 500mg DHA Morning With Food

Then how long before others are added: 2 days or something like a week?

Is this a good order to add them in:
SupplementDosageWhenHow
Oxiracetam 800mg Morning, Afternoon Without Food
Rhodiola Rosea 250mg Morning, Afternoon With Food
Magnesium Citrate 135mg Morning, Afternoon With Food
Ubiquinol 200mg Morning With Food
Bacopa Monnieri 300mg at 45% bacosides Morning With Food
ALCAR 250mg Morning, Afternoon Without Food
Galantamine 8mg Morning, Evening With Food

Thanks again for the help.

I would wait initially a week before adding anything to your core stack. Then afterwords adding each new item every three to four days that way you give them adequate time to become active and used in your system. Plus you  may experience what you think is a side effect on the second day but not the third and fourth, which would help you eliminate any sort of "placebo side effect" or natural sickness from causing your stack to not include everything you wanted.

Okay, thanks! You're really helping me out :)

Is there any evidence behind tolerance, I've read that phenylpiracetam exhibits it but the others don't really? If there is I want to cycle 2 or more of the racetams to prevent it depending on which ones work. I was thinking Oxiracetam, Aniracetam, Piracetam and Pramiracetam.

Does anyone know about serotonin syndrome? I am a little concerned as I take Cipralex (Escitalopram) which is a SSRI. Should I change something to prevent this?

I've read studies that show silymarin helps the liver as well as repair it. Is this necessary with all these compounds? Must be pretty stressful on the liver.

Also I got Coenzymate B Complex used sublingually.

I don't think I saw any evidence for tolerance outside of anecdotal experiences from users here and on Reddit and that was with Noopept and Phenylpiracetam.

Oxiracetam and Piracetam work well together, generally Piracetam works very well with most other racetams and usually makes the effectiveness of the stack a bit more pronounced. You could easily take all 4 of those racetams together without having to cycle any of them on and off.

I'm not familiar with seratonin syndrome. I believe that is when you deplete your seratonin levels to a critical level that could be harmful? BUT I don't know, and that was just a guess. I've stopped taking any prescription medicines some time ago and tried structuring my stack around being good for memory and thought processes as well as keeping me calm in situations that normally would "freak me out". You could ask your physician if Tianeptine would be something you could take instead of Cipralex. Tianeptine is a SSRE so it lacks a lot of common side effects that SSRI tend to have, while still giving you a lot of the benefits. You can read more about tianeptine here
