So currently I am taking as follows:
Ashwagandha - Himalaya Brand - 940mg = 1 pill (470mg) * 2 times a day
B-12 spray - Kal Brand - 2500 mcg = 1 spray * 1 per day
Neuro Optimizer - Jarrow Forumlas - following directions of 4 capsules a day
B-Complex 100 - Vitamin Shoppe - 1 pill a day
Krill Oil - Vitamin Shoppe - 1000mg = 2 (500mg Gels) * 2 times a day
Any one have suggestions to what I should add to this mix, my goal is to have better focus, memory, and alertness all day. I do believe I have adrenal fatigue or low thyroid levels which I will be getting tested for soon.
