(sorry for such a long post concerning only a complaint)

I'm relatively new to nootropics, but after some fairly long research (both article and forum reading) I decided I wanted to try adrafinil.  As most of you know, you can't get modafinil without a prescription in the US (or you can do so through sketchier means).  Anyway, I decided to purchase the adrafinil from PeakNootropics.  I've seen them comment on a lot of threads and help there customers so I thought I'd give them a try.  Well I purchased the adrafinil; they sent it, but the package apparently got lost in delivery.  This is most likely a USPS problem.  The tracking information says the package is delivered, yet I have not received any such thing.  USPS is notorious for its bad customer service.  I've called their help line and I've called my local post office, but I've been unable to talk to any actual representative.  After this I figured I would try to talk to PeakNootropics to see if there is anything they or I can do.  I have contacted the people that ship their packages (by phone and email) and I have contacted peaknootropics directly (by email).  Neither has replied.  This is exceedingly frustrating, especially for a company that touts their excellent customer service.  Retailers like amazon usually respond in less that 24 hours and will often send you a replacement immediately.  Peaknootropics I'm sure you sent the package, but because of your terrible customer service in this situation I am disappointed and don't think I will be doing anymore business with you.

Its unfortunate that you had such a bad experience. You should perhaps look into nootropicsdepot.com. I've ordered adrafinil from them a few times now, and so far its all been pretty good. They also communicate pretty well and their prices arent horrible. That being said, Im not entirely sure how their adrafinil compares to other companies such as new star nootropics, but it isnt bad. Im a 25 year old male, 160-170lbs, 5'6-5'7 and I take a total of 600mg per day (split into three doses of 200mg, in conjunction with my other nootropic compounds I stack together) and it seems to work pretty well.

Peak Nootropics is usually on top of there stuff, however I believe I remember something similar to this happening in the beginning of last year and they had a lot of customers that ended up complaining (different type of situation, where they ran out of a specific product or something like that).

I would recommend possibly ordering through Smart Drugs for Thought as they have some Adrafinil that is 100.7% pure and their shipping has become something of a staple to their reputation. Not only that but their customer service is fairly prompt in addressing any issues and they do have some form of communication available outside of phone calls and direct emails (Bulletproof Exec has a active SDfT representative, and there is a SDfT guy on Reddit now).

i also ordered Pramiractam from peak Nootropics about two days ago. they state on their website that they ship orders in 24 hrs. However, i never received a shipping confirmation and i contacted Peak Nootropics multiple times and got no responce. So their customer service actually is no good from my experience. They also took the money out of my account right away, so they pretty much just took my money.

Could you also tell me which email you contacted or did you call our fulfillment center? We respond very quickly and you can even respond to your order receipt which goes direct to me. I work in the office all day and usually respond within an hour to requests. Customer support at our office has said they have not heard from you. Please let me know your order number and I will get an update to within 20 minutes. For your trouble, I will send you a free product of your choice.
