(sorry for such a long post concerning only a complaint)
I'm relatively new to nootropics, but after some fairly long research (both article and forum reading) I decided I wanted to try adrafinil. As most of you know, you can't get modafinil without a prescription in the US (or you can do so through sketchier means). Anyway, I decided to purchase the adrafinil from PeakNootropics. I've seen them comment on a lot of threads and help there customers so I thought I'd give them a try. Well I purchased the adrafinil; they sent it, but the package apparently got lost in delivery. This is most likely a USPS problem. The tracking information says the package is delivered, yet I have not received any such thing. USPS is notorious for its bad customer service. I've called their help line and I've called my local post office, but I've been unable to talk to any actual representative. After this I figured I would try to talk to PeakNootropics to see if there is anything they or I can do. I have contacted the people that ship their packages (by phone and email) and I have contacted peaknootropics directly (by email). Neither has replied. This is exceedingly frustrating, especially for a company that touts their excellent customer service. Retailers like amazon usually respond in less that 24 hours and will often send you a replacement immediately. Peaknootropics I'm sure you sent the package, but because of your terrible customer service in this situation I am disappointed and don't think I will be doing anymore business with you.
