I'd like to to make some capsules containing unrefined red palm oil and was wondering what the most efficient method is. Are there capsule machines for liquids? I think I remember someone saying he uses a syringe?

I generally use a medicine dropper with 00 size veggie caps. With a capsule machine bottom as a holder if I'm making a bunch of them. I think regular gelatin caps would probably be fine too. Suggest you try a few first to make sure the caps don't dissolve with the particular liquid you want to use. I've used olive oil and lecithin and have never had a problem with them. DMSO, on the other hand, dissolves my veggie caps in about 15 seconds but still works if I fill them one at a time and wash them down right away.
