What are the best vitamin b ratios in a B complex for cognitive function.

i heard high doses of thiamine (b1) is good for mood and cognition and riboflavin is great for ADD. Also does b6 lower the effects of b1,b2,b3. would that mean much higher doses of b1,b2,b3 compare to b6 would be better cognition.
