Mixing L- Carnitine Tartrate & Minoxodil

Due to the hair growth properties of L-carnitine Tartrate and C60, I was going to mix some of the 2 in a bottle of minoxodil and apply it topically. Would there be any negating effects to either supplement.

I  meant to ask this as a question. Would mixing them cause ether ingredient to be infective or neutralized?
