Is theorized that there is an inverse relationship between IQ and fertility of individuals. This means that people with lower IQ have more children than those with higher IQ. While this theory does not have enough evidence, it seems that this could be true.

This is harmful to the world?

 

United nations should promote some kind of project to control the birth rate in couples with low IQ?? or this is a "neo-socialist" point of view?

 increasing population increase the likelihood of smart people. which is needed to happen so to help dumber people develop. In actuality the gap between dumb and smart earth humans aren't huge.

Increasing the total population per se does not increase the likehood of smart people. The likehood pf smart people would increase if the smart people are those, who increase the population. 

If the sludge overpopulates what would be increased is the sludge and the need of resources. This is not racism, it is simply genetics and evolution. A dog will never be born from a cat.

A population can't get big ,sustain itself and develop properly without smart people being involved. There are obviously more stupid people than smart due to many reasons. Everyone starts off dumb but some evolve faster than others due to different factors.

Don't make me laugh. Go in a random gypsy neighborhood to see what is the situation. 

 

It is arguable if all people start equally clever. 

As the lenght of the nose is different, so are many things concerning the workings of the brain. 

There are idiots (no abuse, it is a medical term) with Down syndrome, who will never finish high school, no matter what resorces and efforts you invest in them. 

There are genious people, whose brain can carry unbearable loads. And there are many shades between these two poles. There are brain insuficiences as medical diagnoses, that are so light, that many tests have to be done from specialists in order to be detected. There are people, who become professors, and there are drop outs from the fifth grade.

I made some consultations, and it seems that the idea of reducing the birth rate in people with a low IQ is more close to Hitlerism, rather than socialism.

Hitler has been promoting such strategies by castrating and killing people with proven mental retardations and mental illness.
