Received their Jiaogulan 98% extract in the meedle of this week.

It reached to my country in 13 days+10 days more in the delay of the postal mail of my country to deliver it to my house. Typical USPS packages take like a month to reach to my home, in this case the product took a lot less.

The quality of the product is very good, 50 grams jiaogulan last like 6 months in a dosage of 100 mg x 2/3 a day, the prices is much better compared to the price of ebay indian sellers.
The only negative is that badmonkey never gave me the tracking number.

Badmonkeybotanicals seem legit and has good quality products, I can feel jiaogulan in a 100 mg under the tongue, a vasorelaxant feeling, a bit more energy and an increase in concetration, seems a bit anti-inflamatory. Due to the AMPK activation properties of jiaogulan I wan't to add a Sirt1 activator to it, I think that I will buy again from Badmonekybotanicals.

This is the only company that pisses me off. The ONLY ONE!

They NEVER respond to emails.

Just ordered some things and they were out of Ashwagandha and promise me to ship it for free when they restock it... Obviously, it ever was shipped again or even got back to any of my emails...

Have. a friend that ordered had a problem with its shipping and they never responded to any email or phone call, simply they don't care about customers.

Notice how this guy from Badmonkey, Jaimye only responds here to make a good impression, what a shame.

And suddenly they took away the USPS first class (international), which was $11 and now the cheapest shipping method is $31 which is incredibly expensive and easier to get caught in customs, while the other one is near impossible to be stopped.

I cannot believe such chutzpah!!!

I like BMB, they have some unique supplements. I haven't had any problems with them. Just shop diligently.

I've ordered from them. I can't really say anything about the purity. But, nothing has seemed bad either visibly or by taste.

It bothers me that they will usually not respond to emails.

1. Their estimates when something will be in stock has been off by weeks. For example, they say next week, and it's 2 months later.

2. The info on their website is sketchy. It's sometimes unclear what % something has, or it will say a percent but not what it's standardized for. You just have to guess.

If it's something that you are concerned about the purity, maybe try somewhere else.

I use them as a last resort. If they are the only place I can get it, then I'll get it from them and take my chances.

1. True, but it's usually something obscure and expensive in my experience that might not be readily available from the supplier. I'm glad they're handling it as well as they are, when you're the only buyer for something, it's being made to order all along the supply chain.

2. Sounds more like NutriCargo, I haven't experienced this at BMB. When I do see something like this, it's usually a duplicate entry for the same product where they could have updated the item instead... maybe the effect of having a slow internet connection.

has anyone tried their tongkat ali? i just received my order yesterday.  the shipping process was actually really fast, under a week, but the product looks suspect to me.  very light in color.  i've heard some people say light color doesn't mean it's fake, but all i know is any time i've had a light tongkat, it's done nothing for me, where as the dark brown with the strong smell always does the job. also, coconut flour is listed as one of the fillers, why would they put that in there?
