Hey everyone. I was wondering how on Earth specifically speaking about ligaments, how I could encourage my body to heal these components significantly. Any supplements, exercise regimen, or anything else I could use? Mainly I have knee pain due to a damaged ligament and also have a slight facial sagging that my dermatologist said is most likely due to the stretching/shrinking zygomatic ligament.

So I ave to problems here that bother me. Could anybody help?

Look into bone broth, MSM, hyaluronic acid.
