So I just received my 23andMe results and it seems that I am cursed on multiple fronts:
ApoE 3/4+ homozygous MFTHR and MAO-A R297R + a few heterozygous mutations in COMT, VDR, MTRR, BHMT, CBS which makes my lipid profile and overall methylation (70% loss of function) and glutathione cycles dicey.

I am currently following non-ovo-lacto pescetarian, mostly plant-based diet to battle persistent scalp psoriasis but the above results seem much more pressing items to address.
I had my last Cholesterol panel back in March and since I am below, but close to, the upper limit of the normal range for TC and sub 40yrs old (33), the family doc stated that I can't get Cholesterol testing prescribed. Same for Fasting glucose and Hb1ac.

My current daily regimen includes 400mcg 5-TMHF+ 500mcg methyl B12+25mg P5P +500mg Niacin (to boost HDL).
I think I also get some folate from the quotidian veggies.
My amateurish understanding is that too much Niacin effectively halts my, already impaired, methylation cycle. Is this correct?
What are my options, if so?
Given the above obstacles, what do you think would be the best course of action going forward?
Are supplements like SAMe/TMG/NAC/5HTP/Lithium suggested or to be avoided in my case?
I understand that saturated fats are to be avoided (is Coconut oil bad too?). How about Ghee?
I already use mostly EVOO (60%), Hemp oil (10%), MCT oil (15%), EVCO/Ghee (15%).
