But moving further, I suppose I am inclined to be content with dying around age 75 or 80, considering the size of my body (6ft4, 280 lbs) and amount of physical activity I do per day, (training heart rate zone about 2 hours a day) I've pretty much already accepted the fact that not only will I probably die around 75 or 80 if I'm lucky, hell, I'll be lucky to not have a pig valve in my heart by then.
Why would you think that being in such great physical condition will make you die early? I would assume the opposite, if anything?
