Argnne as a supplement causes greater amounts of spermidine at mice.
I read a paper https://www.ncbi.nlm.../pubmed/2468644 where they gave mice arginine with lKM512 bacteria as part of a measured produced spermdne experiment. the url is https://www.ncbi.nlm.../pubmed/2468644
when I read the paper I thought that 7 grams of arginine was near the beneficial mouse equivalent that is "
delays senescence in mice"

Alibaba has multiple sources for about a dollar a gram...
For instance -

I wonder if anyone has purchased from any of the vendors on Alibaba and then had the spermidine tested to be certain of its quality.

very interesting table. "salad" has it quite high. tuna salad, chicken salad, salad made of turds? undeclared. very very good table.
next we have, the highest possible amount of spermidine ever in the table, "other". i must be guessing here, other as in anything else besides this table which might be absolutely anything, maybe giraffe neck, or orangutan's ass?
my point is, where is the damn source for good quality spermidine powder!?

Did you notice the large amount of spermidine in wheat germs? Two tablespoons daily in your smoothie or dessert will give your spermidine intake a huge boost.

Good thought!
We can take/use all the best age-reversal tools, but one fundamental is that we age LESS if what we consume does not AGE us.
Wheat and sugar AGE us.
There's so much data it boggles the mind that scientists that study aging eat wheat AND/or sugar.
I was at an anti-aging meeting and one anti-aging doctor brought some kind of sugary cake to share.
He also had a little basket ball stomach, indicating visceral fat and insulin resistance.

I've only used pure spermidine.

If you want to gross your friends out make the spermidine and then hold it up to your friends's nose.
Smells just like cum, because it IS the essence of sperm.

Actually, I just Googled that site. They do not require that you be a business, though. But their price in EU is higher than the site that I bought it from, as below.
I have ordered it from https://phytotechlab...permidine.html and they didn't require a business either, but they say on the page that they might ask what you intend to use it for. I don't recall that they asked me about use, but I would have just said "For research." They also shipped it to my home address, where for some other molecules I have had to use my business address because they would tell me that they can't ship to a residence, even when I say that I run a business from home and have a small lab.
I just pulled the bottle that I have out of the fridge and looked at the label, so that I could be sure of what I am reporting.
Note, the first time I bought it it was dry waxy/powder and smelled exactly as expected, like cum.
The second time I ordered from them it arrived as a liquid - it must have somehow melted in transit - but smelled like it should smell so I called them and complained about it being liquid and they sent me the clean dry product, which I mixed and am still using occasionally. I retained the liquid, which is kept near freezing.
It smells like it's real. I don't know why it would come as a liquid, except that they acknowledged that it wasn't alright and sent me the dry (fresh) version. So it seems that they are honorable.
I expect that the liquid will work just fine.
However, if someone that knows chemistry would tell me that it is likely just somehow hydrated because it is hygroscopic, but likely still OK I will use it when I run through what I have mixed.
Actually, it smells a bit like it might be rancid. I've kept it at about 35 degrees for many months. Maybe it is somewhat spoiled.
Enjoy!

I see that some people don't like what I said, but if you want Advanced Glycation Endproducts (AGE's), eat sugar and/or wheat.
One way to enrage a drug addict is to tell them that they are addicted, so I put my foot in it, saying that sugar and wheat AGE us because there are so many sugar and wheat addicts, even when logic says to avoid them if you want to slow or reverse ageing.
Wheat contributes complex carbohydrates (sugars) at a tremendous rate and browning it increases AGE's even more.
As to references to read:
See the before and after photos of the woman. I have similar photos where I looked 20 years older than I do now back in 2007, when I went through a period of being careless with my food consumption, eating whatever pleasured me.
http://www.wheatbell...-aging-process/
"This is yet another example of an adverse effect of grain consumption that has nothing to do with “gluten,” as these youth-preserving effects are due to elimination of the amylopectin A carbohydrate of wheat and grains. Gram for gram, ounce for ounce, the amylopectin A starch of grains raises blood sugar higher than any other carbohydrate or sugar, even table sugar."
https://www.ncbi.nlm...les/PMC3704564/
http://thepaleodiet....n-end-products/
I apologize if I am not more thorough in rendering citations, but I've spent dozens (hundreds?) of hours studying this over the last 40+ years and my friends can confirm the age-reversal that has takes place when I avoid these "foods." And when I've gone back to eating them I age faster and then reverse it when I return to avoiding them. To me it is consistent with my own experience.
I suggest that people experiment with a more "paleo" type diet.
Best intentions, but fire away if this pissed you off!

However, a small amount of wheat germ to glean the spermidine isn't going to cause a lot of AGEing.

What is the daily spermidine dosage you are aiming for?
Thanks!
