Recently i have read through ScienceGuys thread "TREATING ANXIETY SAFELY & EFFECTIVELY" , where he suggests to try LOW DOSE NALTREXONE as relatively safe and effective treatment for anxiety. I have tried to look for some studies that proves efficacy of LDN in treating anxiety, but I have found none of them. So I wonder, are there any studies or evidences that shows success of LDN in treating anxiety disorders ?

I have been taking 4.5 mg of LDN for 4 years. I have noticed nothing about anxiety either way. Some have reported some sleep issues is basically all I have seen. My own sleep was already disturbed, so I can not say it had any impact on sleep for me at all either.
Try hypnosis.

It makes wonders for my joints, not so much for mental health. Actually I believe anxiolysis/euphoria is possible in people who experience dysphoria when naltrexon is acting. "Miserable" feeling as they say.. I myself don't feel any emotional changes with LDN at 1,25-3,75mg. After dosing I mean. As for next day hyperthymity I don't know actually. But I like this "supplement" much and feel like everyone should try it
