For me, it's in the top right corner of the site, to the right of "Sign Out" and labeled "Google Custom Search." For some reason, the custom search seems much more effective than a general Google search of, say, "longecity lithium orotate." Hope that helps.

Hover your mouse over 'Topic Search' which is located in the top left, and a menu will expand.  Then click on 'Forum Search'.  This will allow you to do things like search only the titles of threads, for example.

hey- shit changes, right?

(obviously know how to use the search function)

Looking to see if the community found anything new that hasnt been covered, in the past the lithium conversation has been pretty pedestrian, and quite frankly topographic.

I just picked up a bottle at the natural grocers but am still debating if I want to take it. I've read about some really good experiences and other very traumatic ones. Lithium and iodine are both supplements that I respect and give thorough consideration to, since they impact hormone/thyroid levels. I've read that Lithium is nothing to trifle with, so I am still doing my homework before I decide to break the seal on it.

There was an article about the efficiancy of sub-therapeutic levels of lithium, and concluded that those levels are not that helpful.

Nevertheless its still antidepressant and longevity promoting at (far) low doses.
