Does anyone else find the captcha used on this site's contact form too difficult? I am having to try to type in characters some times as many as six different times before I pass.
Google's research shows that the best AI programs now have more than 98% accuracy at breaking captchas automatically, so in effect what you have on this site is something that is very tough for humans and maybe not so tough for a determined hacker. See:

This site might want to try going for an anti-spam solution based on a sophisticated back end analysis system, like the one Google recommends in the above link, or like the one that Wordpress uses on its blogs. This site could host its contact forms on a separate wordpress blog and integrate in their anti-spam contact forms, for example.
