The first country that discovers some sort of overpowered technology will win. But I cant see superpowers going to war because nukes will be used so how will they deal with that?

I think Russia is leading in technology in general but USA is leading in computer tech and economy power. China will soon become the new superpower in terms economical power but i dont think it will ever catch up with russia or usa in technology. Russia is ahead in hacking or similar to USA. I believe NATO was created to defend against russias technological superiority so all of west had to get together. And thats why I believe they invaded all the countries so they could make all the money in order to catch up with russia.

russia spends all their money on technology so there infrasctructure is not as advanced unlike europe. you cant evolve technologically without all parts so russia needs to catch up on computing. its good to have many bases spread out incase of natural disasters
