It's working great bro. I mix it with dercos neogenics (6ml) and it yields 40mg-60mg applied every night. I wait 5 min then apply nizoral 2% (the shampoo) and dab it on thinning spots overnight from this study http://www.hairsite....ast_answer.html
After I'm done applying the nizoral I wait 5min let it dry then add EMU oil which helps push everything on the scalp and helps with regrowth.
I also use regenepure DR in the shower daily
That's all I use, not internal DHT inhibitors..def not since stopping fin.

Taking another look at your neurotransmitter test, and coupled with your insomnia issue - high histamine might be a possibility, especially with the evening cortisol elevation. Your GABA is actually not that bad, which makes sense, as histamine elevates GABA, the insomnia from high histamine comes from another mechanism - usually Protein Kinase C activation and glutamatergic-cholinergic interactions are the culprit.
Low histamine is worse though than high for insomnia...especially if Copper is high.
I would try rosemarinic acid extract or another transaminase inhibitor, with the histamine elevation you are already producing and releasing enough GABA - you just need to stop it from being broken down...rosemarinic acid will also lower histamine a little bit...
Your lower serotonin is also consistent with high histamine, normally serotonin is a big cortisol releaser in moderate amounts, which can be bad..so therefore you look elsewhere to see where the cortisol release is coming from - since your norepinephrine isn't high, it has to be between the histamine and glutamate that is rising your cortisol.
You may benefit from other cortisol control methods as well as rosemarinic acid .

After having some follow up saliva tests my cortisol seems to be in the normal or pretty much normal range, but I still have symptoms. I took the saliva test a while back on 1/16 everything seemed to be normal on that end.
However in Feb, I started (and still on) test e and masteron and hcg which has helped with libido and anxiety and sleep to and extent (due to the increase in gaba) what changed though is I'm way more controlled now and don't get heart palps randomly or when I lay down (I assume due to increase of dht and regulation of BP or just anxiety). My sleep still hasn't fully returned to normal but I can now lay down without anxiety running through my head or night sweats or anything like that. Before it was so hard to fall asleep and stay asleep even with melatonin. I was always revved up and couldn't relax to go to bed, now I'm way more relaxed. Now adding in test and masteron I think the DHT has really calmed me down and I actually have energy most of the day now and don't feel fatigued after stress (can handle stress way better, aggression is very high though).
I did have a blood test before getting on test/mast and everything was fine (my total test levels were like 760 or so). Please see attached.
Remember most of these symptoms, occurred after quitting fin 8-10 months ago, which the first most present symptom was insomnia.
I'm eventually going to come off and do a full HPTA restart with nolvadex, just not sure when yet. What I concude is that once you stop fin your DHT is low and estrogen is high. Your HPTA gets out of wack and crashes leaving just high estrogen. Which can lead to fat gain on stomach (which I did notice initially when quitting and I'm usually pretty lean with a good metabolism). I'm almost positive fin de-sensitizes your androgen receptors and deactivates or downregulates the 5ar enzyme which is what is causing this.
I think the symptoms are from low 5AR/DHT and GABA.

Good to hear of the improvements, keep in mind DHT doesn't attenuate the effects of stimulants, just "channels" them cleaner, and DHT can also increase adrenaline a little bit, especially if you start climbing the dose quickly or if you are using amphetamines with it..so be careful.
The GABA increase by androgens is significant, but still watch what you stack with it.
& I would stay away from anything that could provoke cortisol problems .

Thanks, yeah I'm stacking Cognitex by LEF with it in the morning and it def helps for sure. I feel calm as hell.
I'm just going to stay on this stack (test/mast/hcg) for a while hopefully to help re-sensitize my receptors. There is a study shown when there is more DHT in circulation the body increases the enzymes with it (5AR) I just don't have it saved on my comp right now.
Regaring my blood test, are high AST levels normal? I worked out the night before my blood test and they came back as "60". I think higher liver enzymes are associated with weight lifting right?
I want to get some more bloods done, but NJ is such a shithole state where they basically restrict all non-insured labs (like private MD). You live in NY right, I think they are restricted as well, how do you get bloods done so often? Or you just go through your primary doc?

General Physician, yes, you just gotta give em a reason and / or keep a firm, but collected tone .
Liver enzymes being elevated is common with alcoholism , you may want to supplement with milk thistle, in fact...
I would say everyone should take, at least every now and then, a milk thistle cycle of 28 days on , 2-3 days off...or every week 6 days on and one day off.
You could also do 5 days on , 2 days off for milk thistle, might be better for ya!

Check out this thread, I just made a new post on a new solution that is very promising.
