I've been lurking the forums and I was surprised to see there is a lot of scare about soy. This is something I'd like to look into in my own time as soy isn't a major part of my diet by any account...with the exception of Soy Sauce which prior to my recent health epiphany I practically drank like water. As I am in the process of planning several recipes for integration with a CRON lifestyle I noticed that given my romance with soy sauce I am looking at periods of intake of 3tbps of soy sauce daily 4-5 days a week. Is this something I should avoid? Thanks.
