I wanted to ask if anyone could provide me with a single dose of a certain substance which is unregulated in my country, and I would either trade with them or throw them some $. I saw the 'no selling' rule but it wasn't clear that this request of mine is against the rules or not.

Since you aren't selling and the substance isn't illegal, I don't see a problem with it.

No. Unless explicitly authorized any trading, selling or soliciting of sales is not permitted and may lead to an instant, lifetime ban.
