I've been wondering about this. Is it possible that either of these substances can cause growth of cancer cells?
Here's an article about another peptide called CJC-1295:

Earl is at rock bottom now, but perhaps he should be thankful he's not six feet under. The peptide he took and distributed, CJC-1295, is not only banned by ASADA but is incredibly dangerous to the human body. In fact, it's so bad, it can promote the growth of cells that cause cancer.
Leading Australian sports physician Doctor Peter Larkins tells news.com.au that peptides like CJC-1295 have the potential to cause high blood pressure, extreme stress on the liver and kidney, loss of fertility and yes, potentially even cancer.
"There are potential concerns with the long term use of any agent that promotes cell growth," he explains.
"CJC-1295 is used in the muscle and bodybuilding world where testing isn't that common. It's very popular as a muscle-building agent and is a banned substance because it's performance-enhancing."
The drug is not technically illegal, and can be bought easily on the internet at one of countless mysterious websites which never seem to have phone numbers. On the site pictured above, it's $36.
Aside from being banned in sport, the problem with drugs like CJC-1295, says Dr Larkins, is that they are not licensed by pharmaceutical companies or used by doctors because they haven't been adequately tested.
Would this be true for all peptides?
I've also heard something about stimulating NGF also stimulates growth of brain tumours.
I've been on SEMAX for about 5 days now and it's awesome. My gut feeling (and experience) tells me that if it's too good to be true, it probably is.
There has to be some side-effects from this?
