Hi!
Before bedtime I take
magnesium malate 300 mg
lithium orotate 15 mg
zinc 60 mg (I was deficient)
6 gram glycine
200 mg valerian
200 mg passiflora.
I notice a increased amount of effort to inhale my breath just before I felt to sleep.
I am a recovering chronic fatigue patient, almost fully recovered and if I sleep very well with this stack. I wake up fully refreshed (a feeling which I didn't feel for ages!), have 4 hours of deep sleep and I can have a productive day, do a lot of stuff like normal people.
If I don't take or take halve of the dosage I wake up frequently during the night (3 or 4 times), lay awake from 3 to 6 or so and I feel sick the next day and after a few days I can barely do whatever is necessary for the household, making food and stuff. So I think sleep is the last bit of the puzzle for my recovery.
But my question: is the fact that my breathing requires more effort a sign that I am taking too much? Is my stack depressing my autonomic nervous system? Is it a normal thing for sleeping aids to do this?
I started resistant starch today. Rest of my supplements vitamin d 2000, selenium 200 mcg, vitamin k2 mk7 100 mcg, milk thistle, q10, 15 mg boron. Every now and than methyl-b12 1 mg.
