I have been using one but I don't know if it's complete. There are some websites that say yes and others that say it isn't. If it is not, what does it need to be combined with?

I've seen it may be a "complete" protein, but might be a little low in certain aminos. If you're eating other sources of protein, guessing you're a vegetarian so beans for example, you shouldn't have to worry about it. I'm sure this doesn't apply but definitely don't have your only source of protein be a protein powder.

Good to see some energy bars now being made with pea protein instead of soy.
