Not seeing any flavoring listed on the label or listing... I've taken L-Citruline tablets before, but never bothered to taste them...

As I researched this, I found that Citrulline Malate can be a variety of Malates which can all taste a bit differently. Mine must be attached to malic acid which is sweet Vit C flavor and very citrusy. Citric Acid and Malic Acid are apparently what give oranges their flavor.

Minerals taste sour if your body has no need for them, this has not much to do with Malic acid, but the taste experience varies from person to person, some people would say 'it tastes like dog shit!', I'm with YOLF on this one lol

it tasted like every other thing as a powder but the liquid form of it taste different. and Best way to taste something fully is to wash mouth with water beforehand .
