In a similar way to Bacopa?

Bonus question, should Rhodiola be taken on an empty stomach or with meals?

Thanks!

To answer your question: Yes, this is possible.

Myself, I'm using WS1375 wich is made according to the european rules for herbal medicinal products and thus stricly controlled for lead, mercury, cadmium and arsenic.

The product I'm using is Vitango, I believe this should be available in the US, but its probably much more expensive than most popular supplement brands...
