Hello to all , a user ( lostfalco ) appointed in a discussion l ' use of low doses of valproate right before bed , but I have not found the study to which it referred . We all know about the study perfect pitch and valproate , but we know that are used doses that prevent their use as nootropic . I had the curiosity ( and it is just a curiosity because I would still have access to this medication ) to know if there was a possibility of increasing the plasticity of the brain using valproate during sleep , in doses that do not have a negative impact during the day .

But there is one thing that I found this morning that I was worried , despite the study showing an increase in brain plasticity , read here !

Valproate reversibly reduces neurite outgrowth by human SY5Y neuroblastoma cells.
