The article states: "A man who died twice for about two minutes at a time, once from a motorcycle accident, once from an overdose of painkillers." I would question whether 2 minutes qualifies as being dead...

We don't have much detail except that the person was "medically dead." Dr. Sam Parnia has done much work in this area and he says that doctors give up too easily; typically after 20 minutes of working to bring someone back from the "dead," doctors give up because there is the fear of reviving them into a vegetative state. On the other side of the coin there is the documented case of a Japanese woman who was brought back after being "dead" for more than 3 hours. What constitutes "dead" is not always clear, but I don't think 2 minutes of being "medically dead" constitutes existential termination.

Being young and stupid I fell asleep driving for a few seconds many years ago. I noticed the gap because the sound or the wind turned off. I was unconscious but aware of the gap in sound. Sounds like something similar.

I went on auto pilot around the local bypass late one night and woke up at the wheel doing 60mph two miles down the road(a bump woke me up)! Never again lol
They say we can take up to 40days to part with our vehicle, there are signs when its vacant, if you know what I mean!
