Hey guys, just wanted to warn you about buying nootropics in pre-pilled forms (better to buy in bulk power and make your own so you know what your getting) I ordered in bulk from a supplier because of his steller feedback, only to find many empty capsules when I opened the actual capsules.

Oh wow.  

I wonder, since there was no second seal if the eBay guy had tampered with the product or if the supplier itself is just dodgy.  

Did you try the ones that actually had something in them?

The ebayer IS the supplier, the perimeter seal is only a tamper-proof seal, it is not air-tight, and there was also no moisture packet inside. Very concerning..
