Hello everyone! I apologize if this is the wrong section, I know there's a new change to the stack section. Would anyone mind taking a look at my stack and let me know their opinion?
Short background, 26 male, beginning a new job in construction. No health problems other than chronic fatigue (Which has a dramatic impact on my life).
I am currently taking,
5 grams of Creatine in the morning
10mg of Noopept once in the morning
About once a week I'll take 300mg of Adrafinil
In the PM I am taking CoQ10, PQQ, Shilajit, and doing LLLT on my entire head, 30 seconds per location (TULIP).
I also do yoga and meditate every day, I can't imagine going a day without either.
I also used to be an extremely heavy cannabis user and am having a really hard time kicking the habit. Nothing eases my anxiety and muscle aches aquired on the job than this substance. I am a little worried however on the effect the cannabis may or may not be having in combination the Noopept and TULIP, especially after reading a bit about the effects on long term potentiation and it makes me fearful of having this be in my routine.
I am still suffering from chronic fatigue, although this current stack helps enormously. I almost feel addicted to adding more things to my stack due to the major life improvments that I've seen with what I currently have. I have not tried anything else. I'm looking to improve my energy levels, increase endurance, and help with memory retention of the new job skills.
I am considering adding CILTEP and maybe Mr. Happy's stack, as there seems to be a good synergy of these with TULIP. Also possibly curcumin, as I'm starting to think inflamation might be the cause of my fatigue. Considering PEMF as well, since I can do diyPemf for cheap and it might help with recovery and deeper sleep.
Anyone have any thoughts? I really appreciate everyone's time and amazing support!
