The mice received something like 30 % rejuvenation on some important markers from ONE dose of Sprycel and Quercetin. What dose should a human take?

I want to try it :)

If I'm reading the cancerforums right people eat Sprycel day in and out without too much problems.

This seems like a pretty low risk bet, WITH A HUGE PAYOFF IF IT WORKS. Imagine if it actually clears a significant degree of senescent cells in humans?

Well, people aren't mice, but I suspect that they should take a lot of quercetin; 3-5 grams would be my guess.  It has very poor bioavailability.  Probably the normal therapeutic dose of Sprycel would get the job done.

A research chemical vendor who posts here sells the active ingredient in Sprycel at a very reasonable price.

You missed out on the group buy, I thought about selling the dasatinib that I keep in a baggy inside a jar in the freezer but I may just keep it and continue to do a round every 6 months or so.

We really need a dedicated subforum for senolytics.   We're starting to amass a lot of information in disparate threads on this subject.
