Once you start taking more than just a single mutli + 2 or 3 additional supplements it can very quickly be difficult to remember when you should cycle and what things not to take together on a certain day as well as when to not take anything.
For some herbs like Rhodiola I cycle 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, and with other supplements I prefer to alternate days.
To ease the problem of remembering what to take on any given day I entered every single different supplement in my google calendar, with a specific keyword I can filter and a single 10 hour email reminder.
In my gmail I've set up a filter and a custom label so these reminders don't clutter my inbox and simply check this label the night before and no exactly what I should take the next morning.
This may seem like a lot of work but it took me a few hours and I am now set for the year.
