Although I see it often prescribed as a 'cognitive enhancer' outside of increasing blood flow to the brain and physical extremities the herb gingko does absolutely nothing for me in terms of
-improving emotional state
-physical energy
-improving concentration and focus
Actually, if anything I find gingko has 'de-motivational' effect on me.
What are some things that stack well with gingko and have positive effects on the above?
