it states that Lecithin does nothing to improve our cell membrane's Phosphatidylcholine levels.
As Ray Kurzweil describes, its vital to keep these up over our lifetimes.
They specifically state the mechanisms involved. Packed in a lipid the PC loses its hydrophobic properties.
