Hey guys, I just found this video:

it states that Lecithin does nothing to improve our cell membrane's Phosphatidylcholine levels.

As Ray Kurzweil describes, its vital to keep these up over our lifetimes.

They specifically state the mechanisms involved. Packed in a lipid the PC loses its hydrophobic properties.

Please watch, as you might understand it better than me.

Do You know if he's just trying to sell or if it is true?

Are there any studies to show if Lecithin does improve membrane levels of PC?

These are the 4 brands recommended by him.

They are essentially Liposomal forms of Phosphatidylcholine:

In my own research I found this slightly less expensive supplement claiming to be Liposomal PC:

http://www.amazon.co...e/dp/B008X5MK0W

and this: http://www.iherb.com...=8&sr=null&ic=1

I Guess thats why Kurzweil gets his PC intravenously.

In my inquiry with the product LipoPhos, I got this reply:

It is about 45% phosphatidylcholine.
